Security and confidentiality
At Pounds & Pennies we take this very seriously.
We've invested in a sophisticated daily online remote back-up system, with full server imaging etc. We also have robust third-party specialist IT support.
We have a fully-enabled remote processing facility (to cover the eventuality that our premises are unavailable or inaccessible). This facility is tested regularly.
The Pounds & Pennies team all use a single payroll@... email address. This means there is no danger of an email to an individual being missed.
We will also only deal with the client's designated payroll contact staff so there is absolute confidentiality in our liaison with clients.
