Payslip options
Once you've approved the payroll there are many ways of getting payslips to your employees, and we are completely flexible.
Our preferred approach is to email a password-protected PDF payslip straight to each employee.
The email address and password are both designated by the employee and so this method is very secure. It saves hugely on paper, postage and also handling costs by the employer. With most people now having access to a computer or smart-phone this method is suitable for almost all employers.
Alternatively we can produce hard-copy laser-printed payslips in either plain paper or secure envelope format. These are normally sent to the employer but we can also post directly to individual employees.
