My company has grown from half a dozen to over twenty staff in a short time. One less concern is the payroll which has been entrusted to Pounds and Pennies. There are no concerns about AEO (Attachment to Earnings Orders) and student loans as it’s all calculated for us. A direct link from Pounds and Pennies to the Inland Revenue means any tax codes are notified direct to them. Everything is done via email and in a timely manner. Adjustments, even after a payroll run, are done with good humour and speed. I cannot recommend Pounds and Pennies higher than wonderful.

For example, I mistyped a number into a staff member's wages which would have meant an incorrect payment, this was checked by Pounds and Pennies who identified the error, phoned me immediately and I was able to correct it there and then. The monthly cost is realistic and fair and as much as I am trying to, I cannot fault them.
